No more posters!
Artiach safety campaign.

This campaign was carried out in two stages.

We started with a focus group to explore the pulse of Artiach’s safety culture. The insight was loud and clear: “No more posters.”
Workers were tired of being told to “be careful.” They wanted their voices to matter. And that became our starting point.

THE IDEA

If they didn’t want another safety poster, we’d make the last one — one that truly belonged to them.

We designed an intervention kit that transformed the factory floor into a living conversation about safety. It included:

Pink stickers to mark danger zones / Blue stickers for safe areas / Green stickers to highlight communication points

Workers mapped their own environment, identifying risks and opportunities together. The process came alive through editable panels that captured feedback and movement in real time — a collective, evolving canvas of safety awareness.

THE OUTCOME

Finally, we brought everyone back together for a second focus group to reflect on the transformation. The campaign culminated in a final, co-created poster — a bold, visual commitment to safety made by the workers themselves.

It wasn’t just another awareness campaign. It was a shift in ownership — from being told about safety to building it together.
